About Rosanna

Rosanna was born in Martinello, Italy, a very small town in the beautiful mountains of Sicily where we grew everything that we ate from our vegetables to our meat. Everything was natural. No pesticides, no preservatives. Everything was truly organic. There was no electric, gas nor running water. Everything eaten fresh picked from their farm. Food was a central part of her family.

Many years have passed and food is just as important to her and her family today. Preparing a wonderful dinner and sharing with family and friends is a passion and in her blood. It brings her back to her childhood with all the wonderful fresh made pastas, bread, biscotti, and preserves. She can never forget when wine was made, or harvested wheat or hazelnuts. There was always a huge feast that went on for days with endless food and homemade wine.

The great food and great wine is still a flowing tradition in my family, and these are some of the things she wants to share with you and your family & friends.
